Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "y333" or "we", "us", "our" — refers to the y333 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliates operating under the applicable international gaming license.
• "User", "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the y333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered profile created by a User on the y333 platform, including all associated wallet balances, transaction history, and personal data.
• "Platform" — refers to the y333 website at y333.bid, its mobile web interface, any associated applications, and all services thereon including sports betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, Big Hammer, and all other gaming products.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming, wagering, payment, support, and ancillary services provided by y333 to registered Users.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a User on any outcome within any y333 product.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive balances credited to a User's account by y333.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by y333 before the processing of any withdrawal.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency on the y333 platform.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific product rules published by y333, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing y333 in any form — including browsing the website, creating a User Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you enter into a legally binding agreement with y333 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.

If you are accessing y333 on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to this Agreement, and that the individual or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

y333 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Users who continue to access or use y333 Services following the posting of updated Terms are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. Where changes are material, y333 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Eligibility & Registration

Registration on y333 and use of any Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. y333 strictly enforces this age restriction through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any deposited balance will be returned to the verified owner of the payment method used.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using y333 Services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. Determining your local legal position is your sole responsibility.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on y333. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Not a y333 Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers of y333, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold User Accounts or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

y333 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, and to suspend or terminate any Account pending satisfactory verification. Registration does not guarantee continued access to y333 Services if subsequent verification reveals non-compliance with eligibility criteria.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. y333 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent y333 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed and deposits made — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual action, unless you promptly notify y333 of unauthorised access.
• You must notify y333 at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• y333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account against unauthorised access.
• y333 implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and device-aware login monitoring, but cannot guarantee absolute security of the Platform against all possible threats.

Deposits & Payments

y333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). y333 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. Minimum USDT deposit equivalent to USD 5.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your y333 wallet instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfers typically process within 2–5 minutes. USDT deposits require approximately 2 network confirmations.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to you, or funds derived from unlawful activity, are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• No Deposit Fees: y333 does not charge fees on deposits made through standard supported payment methods. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of y333.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate y333 deposit constitutes a breach of this Agreement. y333 reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your y333 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification — including CNIC (front and back) and selfie submission — must be completed and approved by y333 before the first withdrawal is processed. y333 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above a specified threshold or where additional verification is warranted.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will, where reasonably practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. y333 reserves the right to require this as a mandatory condition for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high platform activity or for accounts undergoing compliance review.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no minimum withdrawal threshold for USDT.
• Withdrawal Holds: y333 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending a compliance review, fraud check, or bonus verification. Users will be notified of any hold and its expected duration.
• Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals that include Bonus Funds balances are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion, as set out in Section 7 and in the applicable promotional terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

y333 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to registered Users at its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotional terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on y333 contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, Teen Patti, and sports betting contributions vary and are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address. y333 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers where evidence of systematic exploitation or abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance.
• Abuse: y333 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend any Account where promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus stacking, hedging strategies, or multi-accounting for bonus collection — is identified.
• Amendment or Withdrawal: y333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the wagering position of Users who have already accepted and activated an offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity conducted through the y333 Platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slots, Teen Patti, and Big Hammer are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Minimum Stake: Minimum wager amounts vary by product and game. The minimum cricket bet is Rs 50. The minimum slot spin is Rs 5. The minimum Big Hammer stake is Rs 10. Live casino minimums vary by table. Teen Patti minimum boot is Rs 10.
• Maximum Stake: Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all products. These limits may be personalised by y333 based on account profile, game type, and market liquidity. y333 reserves the right to apply stake limits without prior notice.
• Void Bets: y333 reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, where odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome was already determined at the time the Wager was accepted.
• Game Outcomes: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited on a regular basis. y333 does not manually adjust or intervene in game outcomes.
• Sports Results: Cricket and sports betting settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or equivalent authorities for other sports.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure during a game session, y333 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the y333 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account on y333.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by y333.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users on any game where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using y333 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity, including through hedging strategies or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing y333 staff, support agents, or other Users through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to y333 systems, the accounts of other Users, or the Platform's back-end infrastructure.

y333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void associated Wagers and winnings, and to pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the y333 Platform — including but not limited to the y333 name and logo, game graphics and animations, website design and layout, software code, text, images, audio, and data — is the intellectual property of y333 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software comprising or forming part of the Platform.
• Use the y333 name, logo, or other brand identifiers in any manner not expressly authorised by y333 in writing.

Any unauthorised use of y333's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

Responsible Gaming

y333 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. In compliance with the requirements of our international gaming license, y333 implements the following responsible gaming provisions:

• Age Restriction: y333 Services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above. The Platform employs CNIC-based identity verification to enforce this restriction. Any Account identified as belonging to a minor will be permanently closed.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may set net loss caps on a per-session, daily, or weekly basis. When a loss cap is reached, the Platform suspends further wagering activity for the relevant period.
• Session Time Controls: Users may set session time reminders and maximum session duration limits. These are configurable in Account Settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days, up to 6 months) or permanent account closure at any time via Account Settings or by contacting y333 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. y333 will not re-open a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Users receive on-screen session time notifications at configurable intervals throughout their play sessions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• y333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y333 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• y333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• y333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from any User's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether y333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• y333 shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Nothing in this Section limits y333's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and y333 arising from your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: You must first contact y333 Support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. y333 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with y333's initial response, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team. Details for escalation are provided in the initial response to your dispute submission.
3. Regulatory Escalation: Where a dispute relates to game fairness, payout correctness, or regulatory compliance, and you are not satisfied with y333's internal resolution, you may raise the matter with the relevant authority under y333's international gaming license. Contact details for the regulatory authority are available upon request from y333 Support.
4. No Litigation Without Escalation: You agree not to initiate formal legal proceedings against y333 in relation to any dispute without first completing the internal dispute resolution process described in steps 1 and 2 above.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. y333 reserves the right to decline to consider disputes raised outside this timeframe.

Amendments to These Terms

y333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page at y333.bid/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of Users — y333 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with each active Account.

Your continued use of the y333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y333 holds its international gaming license.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

Nothing in this Section prevents y333 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect y333's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or Platform integrity.
